LEARN TO READ ENGLISH IN 14 LESSONS!

What a great idea for the summer vacation! For the second time the NOVUS Language Studio offers a Summer Intensive Course to help your children learn one of the most challenging school skills – READING. On our lessons we use the latest technologies, video, music and games. Also, this year the course is held not only for children who cannot read at all, but also for children in the second and third school year.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Children of 5-7 years old will:
✓ learn about letters and their sounds through Leap Frog and Super Simple Learning programs
✓ be able to read and write simple CVC words (words that consist of consonant-vowel-consonant sounds such as dog, bag, pig, fox).
✓ learn the songs in English
✓ learn many new words and simple phrases
✓ create their own book with all letters of the English alphabet
✓ enjoy interesting games and creative tasks

Children of 7-9 years old will:
✓ learn to fluently read and write simple CVC words (words that consist of consonant-vowel-consonant sounds such as cat, leg, cup)
✓ learn the basic rules of reading (open and closed syllables, consonant to consonant linking, etc.)
✓ get acquainted with the first level sight words (words that do not fit standard phonetic patterns), such as was, said, have, etc.
✓ read and create their own book in English
✓ pass a reading speed test at the beginning and the end of the course to see the progress they have

DETAILS:
The time frame of the intensive course is from 29.06.2020 to 07.08.2020
We work in groups of 6-8 people
One lesson lasts 45 minutes (3 times a week) or 65 minutes (2 times a week)
The course for the children of 5-7 years costs 210 euros
The course for the children of 7-9 years costs 252 euros
